Of the two sales people I've worked with in the past, neither one was there when we arrived, so Jermaine stepped up to help us. Just like every other sales person I've ever worked with there, he was attentive, professional and focused on making sure we got what we needed, not just getting our signature on a contract. We got a fair price up front with no hassle and no pressure. The Hyundai Venue he recommended was perfect for my friend's needs. I have personally bought eight cars at Hyundai of St. Augustine, and this was the second friend I've steered their way. None of us will ever buy from any other dealership. Every dealership on the planet promises a good deal and a pleasant buying experience. Hyundai of St. Augustine is the only dealer I've ever known that actually delivers on that promise. They clearly have a different culture there than you'll find at any other dealership. Jermaine was a joy and a pleasure to deal with, but I'm confident that you'll get the same treatment from any of their other sales representatives as well. Final note. When I say there's no pressure here, that extends to the finance department where most dealerships try to slip a bunch of extra costs into the deal. Not here. In fact, my friend had been advised to purchase gap insurance. The finance manager said that he gets paid to sell her stuff like that, but in her case she didn't need it. How's that for putting the customer over your own pocket? This is truly an incredibly good place to buy a car. More
