Easy Mike and the guys made this experience very easy. I came in, test drove a couple cars and picked what I wanted. Mike had to get the car from another dealer and promised it would be ready in a couple days. He called the following day to inform me that he had it and it would be ready. I asked if he could get all the paperwork ready so all we had to do was walk in and sign. Mike and the Winn Hyundai team really delivered on this one. He allowed me time to do research on my own after the introduction of the Santa Fe and welcomed me each time I went back to take another peek. It was a 3 week process for me to decide if this was right for me. The office staff were efficient and kind and explained everything that I need to understand on the finance part. My total experience will have me return to them in the future. More
