Waited 20 minutes for someone to check me in. Very unprofessional department!!!! The parts that was needed to repair my car has been here for about 2 weeks. After sitting here from 8:00 to 10:15, for my schedule appointment. I was just told they never received the part to repair my car. That was a lie they checked again and found the part in the back.
