2022 Palisade. Purchased new from this dealership. The vehicle includes free oil changes. The trouble is the service department is here is HORRIBLE. I live 1 hour from the dealership and scheduled my oil change appointment for 10am. I arrived 15 minutes early and was told it would be 3 hours before they could get me in. I told the service person I had an appointment and she said it didnt matter. They had a lot of people in front of me. I had my appointment scheduled for two week and received several emails and text from the dealership making sure I was coming to my appointment. I however did not receive anything from them letting me know they were running 3 hours behind. Keep in mind, they hadnt even been open 3 hours. I spoke to the sales mgr also but he didnt care. The solution was to give me my keys and let me take it somewhere else. I buy a new vehicle about once a year. We have 4 vehicles. This was our first, and LAST Hyundai. The car is nice but this is the closest dealership to us and I couldnt recommend this dealership to anyone. Just for the record, this was our third bad experience with this dealership and I can honestly say I have had great experiences with the other dealerships (other brands) I have worked with. Stay away from Hyundai of Noblesville!!! More
Scheduling a diagnostics check to correct a problem that Hyundai creating during a automatic update is very useless. At Nobleseville, I was told that it would be 1-1/2 weeks before they could get me in. W Hyundai creating during a automatic update is very useless. At Nobleseville, I was told that it would be 1-1/2 weeks before they could get me in. When you spend over $40,000 for a vehicle you expect a little bit better service. I would assume that if I bought a Genesis I would have gotten in on the same day. They car is a very nice car but Hyundai service has a lot be desired. I would not recomend getting a Hyundai unless you have a second care to drive when the Hyundai needs service. More

I bought a used 2020 Jeep here. .. the service for oil changes has always been great! Had a nail in my tire....Ryan P. in service was awesome!! We have purchased 2 new vehicles from this dealer. The selling experience for both vehicles was good. However, we have seen a significant downward slide with their service department. What was once a pleasant and reliable experience has become frustrating and uncertain. The service manager and service writer do not call back as promised, nor do they return phone calls. During the most current visit, the vehicle has been at the dealer for 20 days and counting for a 'in stock part' battery replacement. We should have been wary after the previous visit took 6.5 hours for a routine oil change. No communication at all. Our experience with new Penske owner's pales with the previous Terry Lee experiences. With Hyundai/Genesis lengthy warranty, using this dealership is TOO difficult. More
