Treated indifferently by service dept. I had plans to become a Hyundai lifer until I bought this Tuscon. I spent almost three years complaining about my transmission until finally it got so I had plans to become a Hyundai lifer until I bought this Tuscon. I spent almost three years complaining about my transmission until finally it got so bad that it had to be replaced- twice. I am so done with Hyundai. It still makes noises that none of the loaner cars made and the service people "can't hear " anything. It has to be driven to be heard.....they've been told every time I go in there which right now is infrequent because of hard feelings. Yesterday I made an appt at the counter for later on in the day and when I went for the appt asked to have my non working hatch looked at also. I sat for over an hour and a half and when I was called, the hatch had been fixed but no oil chg. This is at 8 at night. Now I'm waiting some more for the oil to get changed. No more Hyundai for me. More

Awesome Service as Always I came in for my routine Full-Synthetic Oil change and was advised there would also be a Software Update. It was very busy and yet the Assistant Servi I came in for my routine Full-Synthetic Oil change and was advised there would also be a Software Update. It was very busy and yet the Assistant Service Manager, Ms. Cawley, was very helpful in getting me in and out in the shortest amount of time. She kept me updated on the progress and even provided me with some money-saving tips for next time. My Sales Manager, Ms. Verdelotti, always knows when I am there and makes it a point to make my visit unmistakably efficient. Oliver took very good care of the car and all the special requests that I made. Thank you all... See ya soon! More
