Busy as a Bee Hive In spite of the enormous amount of cars waiting to be serviced, staff cordially invited me to wait inside and relax while they took care of my car. It took a little longer than usual, but all staff members smiled, answered questions, and used a little humor to meet an overloaded staff doing a splendid job of getting the car serviced. More

Late to work I received a discount oil change coupon in the mail when I presented it to the service advisor he said I had to see a salesman. Because it was 8am I a I received a discount oil change coupon in the mail when I presented it to the service advisor he said I had to see a salesman. Because it was 8am I asked if a salesperson was available his answer was yes and that he would get one right away for me. I waited 30 minutes and no salesperson ever showed up. When a PA system summoned all sales staff to report to the sales office all of a sudden there were at least 5 salesmen that came out of the woodwork. Must of been enjoying morning coffee in the staff lounge while this shmo waited for them. Enough said! And oh yes the coupon also stated that I would receive a gift which I never received. At least they washed my car! More
