Recall and oil change Was late to my appointment and for that reason I was going to leave my car, but the service technician explained that it would only be about an hour t Was late to my appointment and for that reason I was going to leave my car, but the service technician explained that it would only be about an hour to an hour and a half. So I opted to wait for the car to be done. Chase explained everything that the recall entailed and what I need to look for in the future with the current recall. Chase was great. I was in and out within an hour. Made the day much better knowing I don’t have to arrange for another ride to pick up my car if I had left it for service. More

Professional Juan greeted me as usual, he reviewed the work that was scheduled to be completed and kept me posted as to the status of the work being done.
