I was just a number. I made an appointment for oil change. I was greeted, checked in and told she would come get me when it was finished. Several times over 2 1/2 hours Ma I made an appointment for oil change. I was greeted, checked in and told she would come get me when it was finished. Several times over 2 1/2 hours Mary came into the waiting room she looked around to find who she was looking for. On one occasion I was looking at her and she said to me dismissively, "we're still working on it". After 2 1/2 hours, I just so happen to hear my name called over head. I realize there is a multi-point inspection given with each oil change. I explained to her and I checked in I had just had the engine replaced 8 weeks ago and the car had been totally inspected. I imagine that mandatory inspection, which was unnecessary, is done without regard to the individual customers needs. I won't be back, I won't make that 30 minute drive. I'll go to another dealership that won't herd me through. More
Always excellent I was upset at having my 2018 having two battery jumps in one day and AAA did not have a battery to replace it.
