Great service Just leased my 2019 Hyundai Tucson but after a couple weeks I noticed that the dual exhausts weren't even, one sat higher than the other. I called the my #1 salesman their "Johnathan Simons" who found this beauty for me and he was more than helpful when I told him of my findings. Between Johnathan and Mary Boulahanis Kesemides" who is my #1 service gal they made me an appointment to have this corrected. I'm loving my new Tucson. 2 new tires, 600.00 and 3 trips to get it right! Your Service Techs are not experience and dont know when replacing 2 New tires that they should be placed in the front where there is more wear. Too over booked The people inside that check you in and out are wonderful. oil change I waited 3 & a half hours for an oil change. Last time was 3 hours & 15 min. The service is terrible. No updates while waiting.
