New Transmission I took my car into the service center after the engine light went on. I was told I had to get a new transmission harness and gasket, and the cost I took my car into the service center after the engine light went on. I was told I had to get a new transmission harness and gasket, and the cost wouldn’t be covered by the warranty. However, Roxanne called Hyundai on our behalf, and worked with them to cover a significant amount of the cost. We appreciated Roxanne’s assistance. She gave us her cell number call with any concerns. She was wonderful to work with while we sorted through an issue we weren’t aware of. More

Why make an appointment I made an appointment for 11:30 for and oil change. I got there at 11:20. The shuttle service was very much appreciated, however when I got back to the service center my advisor was on lunch which was understandable. However I stood there for 20 minutes at his desk and not one other person asked if I needed assistance. Finally I asked and then was taken care of. All in all a very poor experience in my opinion More

Unfortunately Bad experience this time Received my car with rear lights cover inside the trunk removed and no bulbs , no body notified me that something need to replaced , also the report Received my car with rear lights cover inside the trunk removed and no bulbs , no body notified me that something need to replaced , also the report emailed to me indicates That the bulbs were checked and working ( box checked in green color) , I discovered this at night as the rear light not working, I opened the trunk and found both covers are removed and no bulb . This gave me a hard time as I needed to go back the next day to check what is going on, I met Maria and explained the problem to her and showed her the report and receipt of the service done yesterday, she looked at it and said nothing in the report related to the light ( she was looking not believing me )and she gave Shaun a call and he said he has no idea about that and I need to come back on Tuesday to fix it ( I don’t imagine how let the customer leaves and stays 3 days more with no rear light without even trying to solve the problem). I insisted that they must fix the light for me, Maria asked who was the Technician worked on my car, and found he is Ford , she asked him he said yes he removed the covers and the bulb because something wasn’t working needs to be replaced and he notified Shaun about it Bu Shaun denies that ( I don’t know what is the truth). I don’t know how something in the lights was not working and I got the report by email that lights and bulbs were checked and working and the box checked in green color. Also the light was working fine the night before doing the service. I asked Ford to just put bulbs and he did and everything worked fine. More
