Point of appointment We made an appointment for 10:30 on Wednesday. We arrived at 10:20 and were almost immediately acknowledged. Set up service for oil-change only and were told there would be almost a one and 1/2 hour wait.. I received a text message from the service advisor after approximately 15 minutes saying if any questions arose to contact her. After 2 hours we were wondering about the progress of our service and sent a text to the advisor. Another 15 minutes a response: the advisor is with a customer. Another 15 minutes a text the car is ready, sorry for the delay. An oil change two and a half hours? Being told "about an hour and a half was bad enough but adding 66% to the estimate is - to me - a bit out of line. We get the impression that an appointment is made to make me feel special and that cars are serviced in order of appearance with no consideration of an appointment. More

Peace of mind I cannot express the anxiety that I was dealing with when I originally arrived at Hyundai. I had recently purchased a used Sonata not from the certifi I cannot express the anxiety that I was dealing with when I originally arrived at Hyundai. I had recently purchased a used Sonata not from the certified preowned Hyundai dealership and was having huge issues by the second day to the point of having to have my car towed to the new car dealership in New Port Richey. I was greeted by Shawn who immediately put my mind at ease reassuring me that it would be fixed and also setting me up with an enterprise rental within 10 minutes. He dealt with all the insurance hassles and told me once again it would be taken care of. Once I picked up my car after initial repairs and on my way home a problem resurfaced and I immediately returned with the vehicle. Once again, Shawn dealt with insurance group, but also provided me with a loaner car that I might be able to get to work. Fast, friendly, service. Kind and professional attitudes all around.. I am grateful for being able to own a Hyundai, just knowing the type of service provided by them. More
