Service good but SLOW. Service department is good but, having an appointment there seems to mean nothing to them. I had an appointment to have tire pressure checked, and have the service light reset, little over 2 hours. Once my car made it into a bay, it was out 10-15 minutes later. I ended up talking with 2 other customers saying the same thing. This is the second time my biggest complaint with them has been speed when you have an appointment. How about dedicating a number of techs to appointments and then not overbook. More

Made a bad day better!! My day started rough, with a dead car battery. I took it in and it was replaced quickly and they did everything to make my bad day better. Us vs them mentality. I don't enjoy taking my car here. I have a warranty on the car and at no point have they been able to fix something that should be under warranty. Eve I don't enjoy taking my car here. I have a warranty on the car and at no point have they been able to fix something that should be under warranty. Every time I see them, they come up with some magical explanation for why the car isn't covered under said warranty, including accusing me of getting in a crash because they spotted a tiny scratch on the bumper that supposedly took out my entire electrical system. I've never so much as bumped into anything in this car; I take exceptional care of it. I loved the car, but the warranty that isn't worth a xxxx (per the service department's report), and the culture at the service department, has made me reconsider ever buying a Hyundai again. I don't blame Pam for this; I think it's an upper management/corporate issue, but I had to put down who I worked with. More
