My brake job cost $210 where I could have Donut for 250 with To change a fog light your company wanted $90. Told me they'd have to take the bumper off which is ridiculous. Don’t bother to make an appointment. Making an appointment was a waste of time. We got there at 11am and they didn’t take the car back til 2p. Car wasn’t finished until after 4:30-5p. The Service Advisor has giving me more excuses than trying to resolve the problem issue or provide me any feed back on the status of my car. I had 20bwait an hour and half for a loaner, when I was dropped off at Herts the gentleman was very helpful and was congratulating me on my new arrival which in fact I'm not pregnant as he told me Kevin told him I was pregnant so he could get me in out a little faster since I was waiting so long. The man was so embarrassed and felt extremely bad. He said he couldn't believe Kevin would tell him that and he was going to address it with him as well. I dont appreciate the service I am receiving from Kevin at all. I want a manager or someone to contact me. I always have my service done at this Hyundai location. More
