Quality service and staff Had an appointment for a part replacement. Was taken care of right away by Shaun at the service desk. The Service did take quite a while due to a communication error between dealerships, (my part was at the used one down the street by mistake) so I was credited a free oil change for my wait! Overall I’m always happy to come to the dealership for any services. It may be a little more expensive for certain things but it goes towards quality employees and a clean accommodating atmosphere. Defective tires I came in to do my first service little early. I also had a vibration . Roxanne initially said wasn’t covered after telling her car only had 2300 mile I came in to do my first service little early. I also had a vibration . Fair service. Young man that did paperwork and got the car in was very pleasant. We used to get the car washed with each maintenance check as well as vacuumed but Young man that did paperwork and got the car in was very pleasant. When I asked if everything went ok with my other car that my grandson brought in for me earlier she said, “How would I know who your grandson was? Do you know how many cars I’ve done today?” I would hope not to many cars came through that belonged to me and was just prior to my car! When I said it was the car right before me and under my same name. She said “Well I guess I can check for you when I’m finished here”. But she never checked. Being a nurse for the last 40 years, we would NEVER be allowed to speak to a patient or family member in that manner. It would be totally inappropriate. I bought both cars there and have all my maintenance done there. I guess I can always go elsewhere if I choose. More
