I was kept up to date on the progress of work, additional services needed, projected costs, and the waiting time to completion of service. My experience today was excellent, as is the norm during these update maintenance experiences. My 2015 Genesis is a great automobile and is kept in that state by a Great Dealer and Staff. The Genesis makes it a daily joy to own and operate. More

Shaun spent some time explaining what the potential problem was that I was complaining about. But they weren't able to duplicate the issue. They were helpful in that they reset body control module for that sensor. I believe the reason it could not be duplicated was it wasn't hot enough outside. I strongly recommend Shaun and Hyundai of New Port Richey to anyone who either need service or needs to purchase a car. I have been extraordinary really happy with this dealership since I walked in the door the first time. More
