Excellent Customer Service I was in for service for my 2016 Azera with Mary. While waiting for that to be done I was speaking with Shane with whom I’ve purchased 4 vehicles from I was in for service for my 2016 Azera with Mary. While waiting for that to be done I was speaking with Shane with whom I’ve purchased 4 vehicles from. We ran some numbers, took a test drive and I wound up coming back the next day to trade in my 2016 Azera and a 2009 Sonata that was my Father’s who passed away this past December. Shane understood my emotional attachment to the old Sonata and made my day with the beautiful 2020 Palisade. Thank you Mary in the service department and Shane in sales for all of your hard work and excellent customer service!. More
