You are NEVER rushed or pressured. I LOVE NEW PORT RICHEY HYUNDAI I was able at one time to meet the president of NPR Hyundai what a pleasant gentleman. He took time out to speak with me and heard all that I said. We are now loyal Hyundai customers. Unlike other dealerships that once you buy a car that is it you are no longer notice, NPR Hyundai treats you as though it is your first time every time you walk through their doors. I expected excellent customer service when I took my 2012 Accent to Hyundai of New Port Richey for it's 15,000 mile check up. Well, Philip Lang took it up a notch to AMAZING customer service. I needed the Accent to Hyundai of New Port Richey for it's 15,000 mile check up. Well, Philip Lang took it up a notch to AMAZING customer service. I needed the car back in 2 hours and the service department was packed. Philip took charge and got the work done in under 90 minutes. During those 90 minutes he kept me informed of the car's status so I would not get anxious. Then it came time to pay ..... seldom the highlight of getting a car back. Philip was there explaining everything that was done and the cost, item by item. The total cost was about half of what I had experienced in the past from other dealerships. As if that was not enough, the car was washed and vacumned. All that in just 90 minutes. I walked out with a HUGE grin on my face and the knowledge that AMAZING customer service is a goal that Hyundai of New Port Richey reaches every day. When my wife's Sentra is replaced it will be with a Hyundai. Thank you Philip and thank you Hyundai of New Port Richey. More
I purchased a Hyundai Sonata after watching a fantastic ad of this beautiful car driving in the evening on a highway. I had been shopping for a year at different dealerships and then owned a Toyota Camry. I decided to take a ride to Hyunda New Port Richey and was welcomed by Dan Forsey. I knew the exact color I wanted along with the additional amenities. Within 12 hours that vehicle was sitting in their parking lot. David Frasier and Dan Forsey made it possible for the car I wanted to come from another dealership. I am ecstatic at the mileage I get on an open highway, which is 38.5 MPG. The car itself runs smoother than my Toyota did. Due to the fact that I have a back problem,in the past I had to stop at an exit after 100 miles and walk around for a few minutes before resuming my ride but now with the Sonata I can drive straight through to my destination. The Service Department is always jumping and there is not one day I bring the car in where it isn't busy. I get individual attention and the service technicians are always courteous and professional. I've dealt with Jimmie Hendron for the sales and consider him to be the ideal person you would want to deal with on the purchase of a new car. His knowledge of the product and "low pressure" sales approach make it a pleasant experience as opposed to some of the horror stories your hear. Service has also been very good to deal with and I'm impressed with the sort turn around's and courtesy with the way you're treated. I have and would certainly recommend Hyundai of New Port Richey to any one looking to buy a quality automobile from a first class dealership. PS: I can personally attest to the safety reputation of Hyundai, as my 2011 Sonata SE was "T-boned" by a full sized car traveling at 60 mph and I was able to walk away with minimal injuries. More
