They are very honest with any items of concern found with your vehicle. I went in to have my transmission looked at and a regular oil and filter change. It ended up that my transmission was no longer giving your vehicle. I went in to have my transmission looked at and a regular oil and filter change. It ended up that my transmission was no longer giving me any grief but the gentleman who was helping me explained there was a faulty switch that needed to be replaced and it was under warranty. While they were doing a regular scan of my vehicle, they found cracks in the front 2 tires. when he told me about them, he explained that it wasn't mandatory to have them replaced by them that day but they needed to be replaced soon. I had them give me a quote and can say, it was very reasonable so while I was there, I went ahead and had them replace the tires. They didn't push me into any service not needed and even went to the extent of telling me that I had not been using a service plan I had previously paid for and made sure I paid only for services not covered by the plan. I can say, this was beyond what I would ever expect from a service center. Thank you for all the courtesy and realizing I do have a brain in my head. More

Met by Mr. Smith & he was friendly. He wrote up the order & car was sewnt for service at once. Work was completed & I was out of there in about 45 minutes. When I recently brought my car in for it's regular maintenance, the service area was positively swamped with cars. I just knew that I was going to spend my whole after noon waiting for my car to be fi maintenance, the service area was positively swamped with cars. I just knew that I was going to spend my whole after noon waiting for my car to be finished but boy was I wrong. Despite being extremely busy, the service people had my car in and out in 45 minutes from the time of me dropping it off to the time of me climbing back in to drive away. And on top of it, all the employees at Hyundai of NPR were extremely friendly and helpful. I am SO happy I bought my car from Hyundai of NPR, from the extremely helpful and gracious salesman Graham Pearce to the unbelievable service I get whenever I come back.
