Not a great 1st impression Was given an estimate of 1 1/2 hrs to fix window and change oil. I was there 4hrs. Stuff happens. When I got my car back I got in and realized the speaker on the door they worked on was not working. Took it back in. They reconnected it. I Was also texted when in the waiting room asking if I needed anything. Around hr 3 I texted my concern on time and asked for an update. I never received a response. Positives are they have an efficient system to check you in and get started quickly and the waiting room is comfortable and allowed me to work while waiting.I will give it a second chance. More

Everything was good about my experience at dealership except for the fact that I had booked my oil change for 12:30 PM and my car was not ready until Everything was good about my experience at dealership except for the fact that I had booked my oil change for 12:30 PM and my car was not ready until approx. 2:20 PM. Even at this time, I discovered that the car was finished and in the lot and I was not notified. Hopefully, this was just a "one off". I will return again! More
