This survey is actually 2 part. I brought my car in for service and everything was handled more than great by Roy. While waiting I checked out purchasing a new vehicle. My Sale Consultant, Bill Parente, wa service and everything was handled more than great by Roy. While waiting I checked out purchasing a new vehicle. My Sale Consultant, Bill Parente, was way above the 5 for great. He spent all the time needed to be sure he got me into a vehicle that I not only love but was even able to lower my payment. Bill was very thorough going over all I needed to know about my new vehicle and even paired my phone to the cars blue tooth. He also offered to help me transfer everything I needed from the old car to the new one. There could not possibly be anything else that could have been done to make this purchase a wonderful experience. More
I had my 2006 Sonata, my 2007 Accent and my 2008 Tucson serviced here within a few days of each other. Each time was unscheduled. Oil changes, tires and alignments were done on the Sonata and Tucson, whic serviced here within a few days of each other. Each time was unscheduled. Oil changes, tires and alignments were done on the Sonata and Tucson, which I was expecting. The tires were in stock and the cars were finished within a few hours. Per regularly scheduled maintenance, the Accent had the timing belt and other belts changed along with the oil change. Again this was unscheduled but was performed within a few hours. Everyone was friendly and explained all charges thoroughly with no problems. I have been coming to this dealership for all my maintenance on the three cars since they were purchased here. Two of the cars are driven by my teenage daughters and I want to feel that the work is being performed correctly and safely for their sake. Therefor I feel comfortable here and have had no complaints for the past six years. More
This was my first experience working with the Service Department at New Port Richey Hyandai as this was the initial scheduled mainteneance. My experience was excellent. I was met within 10 seconds of pulling into the service entrance and immediately introduced to my Service Manager - Danielle Williams. Danielle could not have been more polite and professional. Letting me know exactly what was to be performed in this maintenace schedule, asking if I had enough time to not only wait, but to have the car washed as well. She said it would take 90 minutes and within 90 minutes, she came to the showroom to let me know that my car was finished and clean. I also let Danielle know that my car was pulling and she felt it would have been the tire pressure. She made sure that the tire pressure was correct in all four tires and said that if I experienced any pull after I left the dealership to bring it right back in and she would have it realigned. The good news is that it no longer is pulling based on the fact that the tire pressure was accurate. More

Jeff Beatty has been our service rep and they don't come better. During my last visit they could not resolve the lock activator problem in my vehicle as it is an unusual problem.I mentioned this in an online survey and quickly received a call and a message from Nicole who referred me to Stephanie who set up an appointment for Monday at 7:00.this conversation was on Saturday.Very impressive! It is also impressive to have a 7:00 am appt. and watch a well-oiled machine arrive.I don't know her name but a lady arrives who sets up the coffee,clean the popcorn machine and bakes the wonderful cookies.Plus,she handles many related responsibilities.I cite her because she reflects the entire operation.She has pride in her work and in being a part and a very important part of a winning organization.
