Ed was the BEST service advisor I have ever dealt with in all the years I have owned a vehicle. He made sure I was taken care of in a timely manner and that each and everything was taken care or and done cor all the years I have owned a vehicle. He made sure I was taken care of in a timely manner and that each and everything was taken care or and done correctly the first time. He will be my go to person when I bring my car in for service. jeff beatts the best service advisor i have ever had in all my 61 years, and that is a large group of advisors. the one thing i find dissapointing about this dealership is the pricing charged for some of all my 61 years, and that is a large group of advisors. the one thing i find dissapointing about this dealership is the pricing charged for some of the vehicle services. they are far above the local average for the same thing. ( one example ) the same induction service is $75.00 I really like this dealership. any future vehicle purchase will be at this dealership. you have very good people working for you. More

The Service staff, especially Jeff Beatty, always explains what additional service might be needed and is very considerate since I drive 1&1/2 hrs from my home. The waiting room is also very comfortable and provides coffee and refreshments to make the wait enjoyable. On one occassion, Mr Beatty learned it was our wedding anniversary. I had previously mentioned that I might be interested in trading my Veracruz. He brought us the keys to a Genesis for a test drive and suggested I gtake my wife to lunch. She and I were very impressed. There is a KIA dealer in my hometown which can service my Hyundai which is very convenient for minor service. More

Mary was very friendly. She greeted me as soon as I pulled in the service line, even though she was with another guest. She explained everything that was needed for the 30k mile service.
