The service I receive is excellent. However, I am disappointed with the tire wear of the tires. With 71,000 miles on the car, I am on the third set of tires. Both times I brought the car in for service I was well taken care of by Jerry Chausse my car was towed in 10pm and was done on time for my shift the next day, he was so friendly, expedient, efficient, knowledgeable! And Mary Kezemides took care of my cars oil change she was also all of the above and such a pleasure to deal with! I love my 2013 Hyundai Elantre and the Quality Customer Care before, during and After the sale! This dealership doesn't just sign and forget about you they take good care of you after you sign they want you to be happy! What an amazing group of people! A car is one of the most important purchases you will make in your lifetime it's so important to go thru the right people. I have never referred car dealerships/ salesmen before because i know what happens people get ripped off or the customer service is inconsistent so good chance they may not get good service the atmosphere is like a shark pool or a vultures nest! its awful then they don't take of you after your sale it comes back on you when you refer someone then they get treated poorly.. However, Hyundai New Port Richey is not like that they are so amazing i feel confident and comfortable referring them because I know that everyone I send in there.. they will be taken care of! They are consistent w/ providing the very best customer service. I will not go anywhere else! The cars are beautiful, good quality, reasonably priced! the sales people and managers there are Amazing they have the highest customer service standards! I highly recommend this dealership! More

Mary was very friendly and took care of getting my car serviced quickly. I'm glad she is now working there because I knew her from her work ethics when she was at Clearwater Lexus and use to get my Lexus serviced quickly. I was very appreciative that I could call, got an appointment for 1/2 hour later, drove in, parked, saw Raymond, he said "one hour", I said "No Way" he said "let see what I can do" and came back wit appointment for 1/2 hour later, drove in, parked, saw Raymond, he said "one hour", I said "No Way" he said "let see what I can do" and came back with "1/2 hour tops" I walked to his desk 25 minutes later and he was ready to hand me the keys. I call that GREAT SERVICE. I thank Raymond and the 2 fellows he worked with that made this happen. My time, as an on-call employee, is way too precious to me to sit in a cold waiting area to listen to 10-15 different telephone conversations. Thank you More
