I received a very pleasant welcome from Raymond and he quickly got me written up for my oil change. I let him know that I had a competitors coupon from another Hyundai dealership and he let me know that quickly got me written up for my oil change. I also asked him if he could have the interior windshield cleaned and the floors vacuumed while the vehicle was in the shop, and he said that he would and he also did at no charge. When I went into the waiting area, I was pleasantly surprised by a popcorn machine and lots of private areas to get some work done. Thanks for making this a great experience from start to finish!!! It was time for regular service on both cars. Our service person was very nice and friendly. Our sales rep that we dealt with on both cars, Faith Respler, saw us sitting in the waiting area. I leased the Sonata 6 months ago and even though it is a great car I have found that it wasn't the choice I should have gone with. I had been on the fence between the Sonata and the Tuscon. Well after expressing this to Faith she ran the numbers and let me know where I stood. It's not something I can financially do at this time but I did appreciate her checking it out for me and not just trying to make the sale. Driving the Sonata is certainly not a hardship I know I'll be back for that Tuscon someday. More

We had an urgent situation that prevented us from driving our car safely. Mary answered the phone and set up an appointment for us right away. I can't say enough good things about my most recent visit. I've never had a "bad" visit in the four years since purchasing my car but this last visit was off the charts. Mary was kind enough to answ visit. I've never had a "bad" visit in the four years since purchasing my car but this last visit was off the charts. Mary was kind enough to answer several questions over the phone, arranged for me to come at my convenience (after 5pm!!!) to have the car looked at, scheduled the necessary work to be done (again at my convenience) and coordinated a loaner car since the repairs were going to take some time. She kept me updated by phone and even called me on her day off to update me. To top it all off, it was all covered under "America's best warranty"!!! I've never gotten my money's worth out of warranties with other items but this car has never cost me a dime other than normal routine maintenance costs. Who would buy anything else??? Not me, not ever. My very first car I ever purchased was a Hyundai back in 1988 and I will never drive anything else again. I've convinced two neighbors, one sister and one ex-husband to buy Hyundais and I'll continue to spread the word. More
