John Thompson - great service advisor. I usually dread going in for an oil change because sometimes you have to wait an eternity. This time I needed not only an oil change, but I had a fac I usually dread going in for an oil change because sometimes you have to wait an eternity. This time I needed not only an oil change, but I had a factory recall to get done, plus I had a coupon for a free audio system upgrade that I wanted to utilize... so naturally I was expecting to spend quite a while in the waiting room. John Thompson quickly wrote up my service ticket, and gave me a coupon that saved me several dollars on the oil change. John told me that it would take about an hour and a half, which I thought was really good considering everything that needed to be done. Low and behold, within one hour my car was done! Not only did they do the oil change, fix the recall issue, and upgrade my audio system software... they even washed my car too! Amazing. More

Service Advisor WAY ABOVE AVERAGE I am on my 2nd hyundai within 2 years as I wanted a 2015 Elantra vs the 2013 Elantra I originally bought in March of 2013. I first started having Thom I am on my 2nd hyundai within 2 years as I wanted a 2015 Elantra vs the 2013 Elantra I originally bought in March of 2013. I first started having Thomas as my service advisor, but once he quit my husband was already going through Mary who I decided to go through anytime I needed something done in service. Since day 1, Mary has exceeded any and all expectations of service with incredible, indescribable customer service. I never filled out the customer service surveys after each time I had service performed which I know I should but I don't. I honestly want to take the time now to say THANK YOU SO MUCH to Mary for her continued, excellent service, She's amazing, she needs to be recognized by her managers, the entire staff at hyundai as well as the owner of this company for having such a team player that goes above and beyond every single day for her customers . I recently had an issue with my 2015 hyundai Elantra sport, my car was not accelerating from a complete stop. I dropped my car off on Monday, Mary kept my car until today, Sunday. The problem unfortunately was never found, but it was noted. I picked up my car, it was washed, vacuumed and filled with a half a tank of gas. Upon getting into my car, my car would not start, she within seconds called over a mechanic to check the battery, which he did. Within minutes Mary got me a new battery for my car and sent me on my way. I really hope that she gets the thank you's from the company on her excellent service she respectfully gives every day with a smile on her face, SHE'S AWESOME!!!!!!! Thank you Mary More

I have never had to use it and thought I was shown by Karen my sales lady when I bought it. The roadside assistant said to me just by my Vin that I had no spare? then I get to the dealership and Ed and Tech made no effort to say did I want the spare on so I could look for a better price on a tire. Ed Johnson said they only had two types of tires for my car 2014 Elantra GT. I had to get to work really didn't want to pay that price but had to get going so I had no choice. Now I had the worst experience explaining to him that he basically up-charged me 15% from Tire rack prices or anyone else s price and he said that was wrong. Then he showed me out to my car and said I could go get it out of the bay, I said no the tech can bring it to me, like the other service guys have always brought it out to me. Real rude and bad service. The tech working on my car John Llanto said he needed to make sure the tire pressure sensor was not coming back on. This manager Ed is terrible and the service I received today is terrible. I do not recommend this place when it comes down to the Hyundai Assurance. I have only one good experience with Mr. Roach and that was it, and that was an oil change. More
I went in for service on my 2007 Tucson, and drove away in a 2013 Accent. I had test driven an Accent about a year ago, but was not ready to give up the SUV. Although I didn't intentionally plan to buy a new car today, after talking with Felix and driving the newer vehicle, I decided to treat myself to something new and improved. I really enjoyed my Tucson for 6 years/10 months, and it was dependable and performed well. I was not pleased with the trade in value, but I'm pleased with the new purchase and after a few days or weeks I'll be more pleased. I was there for 5 to 6 hours, which is a long time, but the dealership was bustling with customers all day long, so the time went quickly. Felix was very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable of the products . It was a pleasure working with him. More
WOW what a great place to get our car serviced. I was told God Bless you from a service writer . Great customer service is very hard to come by now a days. so many people only do what they have to to get told God Bless you from a service writer . Not the case here at Hyundai of New Port Richey. It almost seemed like Raymond built the car himself and was sorry it was having a problem.I will never choose anywhere else for service again. My car was clean when I got it back. WAY to Go. God will bless your business if you treat customer like I was treated and from what we seen in the short time we were there they did. everyone we seen that worked in service area was awesome. More
I went in and got my 2010 Hyundai serviced for a recall. As I am waiting in the waiting there was this gentleman giving a Sales Associate a run for his money. I couldn't get over how patient this sales associate Felix was. After 1/2 hour watching what was going on I said to that sale person Felix I would like to look at some cars. No problem after I finish with this customer I will help you. Awhile later I got a tap and Felix asked are you ready. I said I am waiting for my car at service. He said give me a minute I will let them know. Back he came and we looked at a few cars I like the Elantra's with a grey interior. I didn't want black. Felix said we have a blue one. Well it was gone . We passed the truck delivery and I said to Felix I like that Blue car on the truck. The next thing I knew that car on that truck that just came in was going to be mine. I couldn't get over how fast it got off the truck. Felix and I was on our way out of the dealership and a guy hit us in the back. Felix took it right over to sand it out comes back asked me what do you want, tell us what we can do for you . Well I signed for a lease for 4 year Well the dealership worked out a deal with me and later that day I was in my car. I am hoping this lease works for me I never leased before. Felix gave me his number to call him anytime. I have done that with many questions. Keep up the good work Felix and thank the owner for me for his help. More
