I arrived early and was greeted by a lady named Mary - she was very courteous and friendly and told me I could wait in the customer lounge and enjoy the amenities there. Everyone I came in contact with was friendly and professional. Before I knew it, my car was washed and ready. The cashier was very nice as well - actually, everyone was very friendly and courteous.
