"The ultimate purpose of ethical management is to enable long-term, stable and sustainable growth through markets’ and customers’ friendly evaluation of the company." I have purchased three vehicles from THE HYUNDAI GIANT over the past several years and until recently, NEVER complained about the paint bubbling and peeling off any of my vehicles. Havin driven a diverse collection of cars; three Hyundais, two Volkswagens, one Ford, one Chrysler and two Mercedes, (two of these vehicles had 250, 000 miles on them), I NEVER had a complaint about peeling paint until my Pear White Elanta's paint started coming off in large pieces. The reports of this problem are too numerous to count.The paint is defective. Period. Both the dealer and Corporate refuse to acknowledge the problem as a manufacturer defect, which is been clear to the paint specialist who examined the peeling paint as well as a myriad of friends and coworkers. Sadly, Hyundai's disrespect for me has led me to take new action. I work for the largest grocery supplier in the USA with various communication platforms that provide an excellent vehicle to warn my fellow 28,000 coworkers against purchasing a Hyuandai. In addition, we find ourselves parked in many very busy supermarket parking lots daily, many of which are in Pasco County, HOME of the HYUNDAI GIANT. My new car signs, citing THE GIANT , as well as Hyundai Corporate for their disrespect should garner plenty of attention in that market. Mary More

My personal experience at this place was there for recall and was told I also needed 1100.00 to 1500.00 of work. Went to two different national automobile repair chains, and was told I was lied to. That work was not needed at all. Speaking to other people in service waiting area was told the same. There for one thing, then rep. Comes to you with list of lies of things your car needs. This place not satisfied with thousands they get from you when way overcharging on sales. Neighbor who unfortunately bought a hyundai needed a part. Hyundai parts 860.00, auto zone 299.00. Don't be a fool. KEEP away from this place. More

I called at 830 am to request service. By 2 pm no call back. So I called again ,asked for service manager. They said OPhe would return my call. Almost 6pm and no one has returned my call. Clearly forgot the Customer in Customer Service So I stopped into my local Hyundai dealership today (Hyundai NPR) for a tire repair. Last night I drove over something, it was leaking slowly and it w So I stopped into my local Hyundai dealership today (Hyundai NPR) for a tire repair. Last night I drove over something, it was leaking slowly and it went completely flat over night. I filled it today and took it in for a tire repair where I was met with Jason, today's Service Advisor. After inspecting the tire it was deemed that I needed a new tire. I purchased a road and hazard warranty for my 2018 car when I purchased it and I still have a full factory warranty. Jason came back and asked me if I want a different brand tire with a different tire tread or he would have to order a new tire that wouldn't be here until tomorrow as they were out of stock. My car has less than 30K on it, I WANT MATCHING TIRES. He states he can put my donut tire (glad I even have one AT MY COST) on and come back tomorrow. After speaking with my wife she reminded me that I should be receiving a rental as this donut tire clearly has a warning sticker on it that it is a temporary tire. I asked Jason to look into a rental and here's where it takes a turn for the worst. He asked the service MGR Andrew Hutchinson, if I could get a rental. He stated "that the donut is safe to drive on". Mind you I have to drive to Tampa at 5:00am in the morning and use my car for work. The tech then says that "I know people that drive for days on a donut". Just because you can has no reflection on if you should. I then said " Its Pasco county people also drive on donuts for months!!" I then made the comment that "look up my name and see how many cars I have purchased here", "there must be something you can do?" (My wife and I have collectively purchased 8 vehicles in Mr. Finks dealerships.) Andrew Hutchinson's response....."I don't care how many cars you have bought!!" I then stated "good enough, I hope this tire issue was worth it". Mr. Fink, I' will be seriously doubting if I purchase another car at any of your dealerships anymore after how this was incorrectly handled. I walk over to my salesman Felix, after just speaking to him about how my 16 year old daughter will be getting her new car next month", while I was waiting for the tire repair, and told him what happened and that the new vehicle purchase next month is CLEARLY not happening after how a loyal customer was treated over a $150.00 tire. He says "hold on let me talk to Drew!" The manager stated calmly that he didn't have any cars available. So I then leave to head home on my donut, telling myself it was a good decision to buy another new car. New cars are always nice because they are new, Customer service is the reason dealerships have repeat customers. More
