Parts incorrectly installed. Driver seat repaired after which seat vent. didn't work. Dealer ordered new vent ducting. Received after couple of weeks. Not needed because the same part had been incorrectly reinstalled during previous work on driver's seat noisy slide mechanism. Waste of time. Why wouldn't the technician see that the part was reinstalled incorrectly before order a new one. Baffling to me. More

Monthly oil change Had to end up getting work done which I wasn't prepared for. Mary introduced me to Sunbit which I was approve over the amount needed. I call them "code chasers" if there isn't a code they have no idea how to address a concern. Everything I have complained about or identified has been returned to me with out a fix. I am told that it is up to specs. More

EXTREMELY terrible customer service I have been to this service center twice. The first time I went was for one of the three free oil changes I received after purchasing my car. I was,th I have been to this service center twice. The first time I went was for one of the three free oil changes I received after purchasing my car. I was,there THREE hours. An oil change takes literally 10-15 minutes...tops. I decided after that experience that I'd rather pay my mechanic to do the oil changes from then on. This time I took the car in to have my tire fixed after it started losing tire pressure. I paid extra on my financing to cover such incidents. I show up at the service center and park and proceed to wait after the last customer and I am literally passed by at least 10 employees and not acknowledged even in the slightest way. I continue to wait and wait and wait and wait. This is by far the worst customer service I have EVER had. I would not recommend this service department to anyone. More
