Service people are always very nice and very knowledgeable. I always get asked if I need a ride while I am waiting for my car. I usually say no because the waiting area is great. While waiting you can watch TV, eat cookies, pop corn, coffee or water. Can’t ask for anything more than that. I get my car washed and the wait time is not forever. Anyway that’s been my pleasant experience. I have been dealing with Hyundai of New Port richey for at least 20 years and have purchased many cars from them for us and our children. More

I feel you are honest when you fix or service our vehicle and do not try to sell unnecessary work to be done...However I have never been able to get in and out in less than 3-4 hours OR more. I realize that sometimes things just happen and you get lined up...but Every time I come in it is like that. It might help if when booking you allowed a little more time for each vehicle so that you are not overbooked and cause a backlog. ......
