Dead Battery 36 hours after it was allegedly checked I took my car in for service on Saturday morning. I got a 30k mileage service done, which I was told would include them checking my car battery. Everything went fine I paid for my service drove my car Saturday, car wasn’t driven Sunday and I found out this morning at 6:30am that my battery was dead. I’m sorry but if someone really checked the battery they would have known the battery was dying. When it was checked this morning it had less than 10 volts. And no lights were left on in the vehicle to drain the battery it just wasn’t driven. So really while I was told a multi point inspection was done it was in fact not and I’m a very unhappy customer as I had to miss over two hours of work this morning due to the dead battery. And this is not an issue with my service advisor clearly it’s the mechanic who worked on my vehicle More
Vehicle went into limp mode Vehicle was fixed in one day with no appointment. If vehicle needed more time they offered a loaner vehicle. Barry and Andrew were very helpful. It was terrible took 3 days to swap out a radio ! Service was slow took 3 days to charge out a defective radio and it wasn’t the problem! It was the antenna! Not happy I brought my car in 11/15 for an oil change. I was advised that a belt need to be replaced which I had done. That evening every time I would start to go my car made a horrible screeching sound. Brought it back the next morning and found out that the belt was installed incorrectly. Which I already knew by the sounds it was making. More
