Working with Jeena Verdelotti at Hyundai of New Port Richey was an absolute pleasure. As far as car buying experiences go, it should always be this easy. This is very important to note because as consumers we are conditioned to think and feel that the second we walk into a car dealership we are going to be taken advantage of. I never felt that way with her. Ms. Verdelotti was both professional and sincere. She answered my questions, followed up with me in a timely manner as I waited for my car to arrive and seems to be a genuinely nice person. i would happily send anyone that I should meet that is interested in a Hyundai vehicle directly to her. I LOVE my car! Even my husband is in love with the 2011 Sonata now! I got the paddle shifters just for him. I couldn't have asked for better service. Jason took time to set up my bluetooth and Courtney Sonata now! I got the paddle shifters just for him. I couldn't have asked for better service. Jason took time to set up my bluetooth and Courtney was very thorough with all the financing paperwork. Plus I got exactly what I wanted for my trade. Guilt free purchase!
