I am a bimmer fan at heart but when my wife bought the Sonata and after reading the reviews on the genesis coupe i knew i'd be remiss not to at least take a test drive. I left the dealership tonight with absolutely no regrets. Robert was extremely helpful and walked through every option with me. There is no doubt in my mind I got exactly the car I wanted for a price I wouldn't lose sleep over and for a few dollars a month i got a comprehensive service plan on my lease. The dual exhaust on this car announces my arrival and departure! Would definitely recommend hyundai of npr to anyone. More
I had been shopping for a new Hyundai Sonata 2.0t after reading about it online. I reached out to Fitzgerald in Clearwater and Hyundai of NPR. I will say the internet sales man on Fitzgerald was very responsive and polite. Went by their online price and contact Hyundai of NPR. David Brennan was my salesman and I explained my situation trading in a SUV that was creeping high in mileage and was upside down on payments. David assured me we could work out a deal. Not only did he BEAT their price but helped me with my trade in! I won't go into detail with my 1st interaction with David Brennan's internet sales manager who was absolutely CLUELESS about the car (had me test drive a base gls when I specifically asked for the turbo model) and had no enthusiasm at all. Returned on a Sunday with my wife and met with David who was fantastic. He gave me NO pressure, very knowledgeable, let me test drive the car I wanted with my wife with no hassle and make sure I was happy with my purchase. I was stuck deciding on whether I wanted the car with or with out Navigation and David broke down the differences in payment forcing me to go without it. He didn't pressure me to spend more. Overall I was very pleased with David. He was a pleasure to work with. His counterpart Jeena I believe her name was was also super friendly and nice. I'm scheduled for my 1st oil change next week so I'm hoping their service and just as good as their sales. More
In 5 yrs, we have purchased three vehicles from Faith. Last May when we decided it was time for another car, I never once thought to go look @ anything else. We said, "let's go see what Faith can do," Absolutely luv our Hyundais! In fact, I didn't actually meet Faith in person til we picked up our second car. I did the first online. I have driven high end vehicles(Infinity, Saab,Jaguar) and truthfully, I will never drive anything else. We have 9 hyundai cars in our extended family and we luv them. I share my positive experience w/all I know looking for a car. The service dept is equally wonderful. The Durning Family will always be part of the Hyundai of NPR family! More
I have never felt more comfotable shopping for a car by myself as a women then I did when I met the folks @ Hyundai of New Port Richey. Plus he went online with me and showed me the makes and models that are similar to the Hyundais I was considering. Once I made a decision he introduced me to a finance person who showed my all the options I had. I decided to lease my car and Jake went through the owners manual with me and even helped my program my satellite radio and bluetooth for my phone. But the best part of all was that he introduced me to my service team so that when I come back for my Free Oil changes and and Maintence I know where to go and who to call. That has never happened to me before and it is a great feeling to know that there will be people I can contact when I need service. I hightly recommend Jake and Hyundai of New Port Richey More
David Brennan is one of those rare finds in the automobile sales profession. His first price right off the bat was deep discounted. Certainly no complaints could be made about that. Actually, I was very pleasantly surprised to be opposite a no-haggle, non-sneaky salesperson. Moreover, David inspired my trust and confidence, and came across to me more as an executive (and with a fetish to serve, no less) than as a salesperson. Overall, my experience with David was quite exceptional. Further, he made what is typically a long tedious process full of paperwork go quickly. During the entire process I felt like I was the only person on David's mind and agenda. Even after the sale David never stopped being attentive and interested in what I had to say, or questions I asked. Never did he take shortcuts with me, throughout the process. If there is such a thing as an executive who goes out of his way to serve people, David fits the bill--I even asked him for five of his business cards, to hand out to my friends. Buying a car from David turned out to be a treat, when instead I was expecting to be in for a dreaded, unpleasant experience. David definitely has earned the right to my Hyundai business in all future purchases. More
Let me first start by saying I was happy with my car buying experience here but am very disappointed with my service experiences. This may be the number one sales dealer but their service department nee buying experience here but am very disappointed with my service experiences. This may be the number one sales dealer but their service department needs an overhaul. I made an online appointment for Saturday, 11-20-10 at 8 AM for my second free oil change and some other issues I wanted looked at. I arrived at the dealer at 7:30 and was the first in line. As 8:00 AM came, I thought a service advisor would greet me to check my car in. Little did I know that the people behind me were walking into the service desk area and getting their cars checked in before me!? So I got out of my car and then proceeded and waited in line inside and watched as service techs moved my car back and forth to allow the other people, who came after me, without an appointment, in first. I finally made my way to a service rep who then told me I needed to go to another service person because I scheduled an online appt. Again, very frustrating. When discussing my service with this new rep, he asked what I was there for. I told him that I filled out my request online and can't he see all that I requested. He stated no and I had to go over my issues with him. Again, what is the purpose of the online appointment if nothing matters??? When finished I asked if I could have a courtesy wash for my vehicle, which I will never do again. Not only did it add 15-20 minutes to my wait, it wasn't even washed correctly. Dirt was still on the vehicle. Why even offer this service if it's not going to be done right? When my last free oil change is done, I will not be returning my vehicle to the dealer for service but will be going to the one in St. Petersburg. More

We were actually able to enjoy our new car the day we purchased it! This is the second vehicle we have purchased from them. That alone speaks for itself. More
