I recently decided to give new car buying another chance since my family was in the market for 2 new cars. I was very fortunate to contact Jeena Verdelotti the very first time. Working with Jeena was amazing. She helped me decide on what models I wanted based on my criteria. Jeena was very knowledgeable about the current Hyundai promotions and explained those to me in great detail. Once we narrowed it down to the vehicles I wanted to purchase, Jeena and I were able to work over the phone and via email to get everything she needed to have the paperwork completed when I got to the dealership to make my purchases. Once I arrived I was immediately met by Jeena and personally escorted to one of their finance managers. He too was awesome. In a matter of 30 minutes I was the proud owner of 2 new vehicles that were perfect for me and my family and at a price that stayed within my budget. While New Port Richey is two hours from our home outside Orlando, with three other Hyundai dealers in our hometown, we committed to the Internet process. We asked every dealer to quote a specific model, itemize everything so we could see the bottom line cost. We also asked that we keep our correspondence to e-mail so that we wouldn’t waste people’s time. David responded, exactly as requested, in a timely manner, and he only asked “that we give him a chance to earn our business.” David’s drive and enthusiasm is contagious, and even though we had to hold up the process for several weeks, he was patient and offered alternatives when appropriate all along the way.
