Mark, was very tenative and very thurough in explaning the vehicle I was looking for with all the perks and quirks. Extremely knowledgable of his job and the cars he was showing for the sale. I inquired to this dealer after receiving a quote from another Hyundai dealer. I was hoping as the #1 Hyundai dealer in the US they would be able to put together a better deal. I emailed the buyers orde another Hyundai dealer. I was hoping as the #1 Hyundai dealer in the US they would be able to put together a better deal. I emailed the buyers order from the dealer and outlined the Elantra with preferred package, carpeted floor mats, auto-dim mirror and cargo tray. I also discussed my trade-in with Mark. He was very willing to work with me and was interested in my trade-in as a vehicle for their new used car lot. Mark called and presented a package $400 less than the other dealer had offered. However, when he told me about the Elantra it was not the set-up we had discussed. Mark mistakenly thought the vehicle price on the buyers order was the actual MSRP. When I informed him that the price on the buyers order was for the elantra set-up we had discussed and not the actual MSRP, he was surprised. He commented/asked that the dealer came off the MSRP to less than factory invoice. He told me to jump at that offer and make the purchase. Mark said the dealership is not coming far off the MSRP because the car was in such high demand and low supply. You may ask why I'm recommending this dealer even though I'm buying from another dealer. Simply, Mark offered great customer service in our communication via e-mail and phone. Most importantly, his honesty when it comes down to pricing! More

My son needed a new car,we were looking at Kia Soul and the Hyundai Elantra. I contacted several dealers in the tampa bay area by internet. While all the others dealers E mailed me some pictures of vehicles,and told me to stop by,Jeena sent me the price of the car I wanted as well as the value of my trade in. The last three vehicles I bought, the salesman or new car manager were patients of mine, so it was a very simple deal. Going into New Port Richey Hyundai not knowing anyone and useing the internet was new to me. Dealing with Jeena and Ty Lopez was a pleasure. We live in Orlando and searched for a new 2012 Hyundai Sonata via the internet in a 150 mile radius. Each time, we became more impressed with his integrity and, again, sales professionalism. Once we made the decision to purchase through Hyundai of New Port Richey & Graham, we felt confident that we were getting the best deal for all the options we wanted. A few days later, we drove over to New Port Richey to pick up our new car. Graham was waiting outside for us. The paperwork was ready, and Graham spent some time going over all the features of the car that we were not already aware of (a wonderful surprise is the Hyundai Blue Link system with Navigation, Gas Price finder, Restaurant ratings, etc.). Bottom line is this...we would recommend working with Graham Pearce with Hyundai of New Port Richey to anyone who will listen! More
Didn't expect alot as other dealerships hadn't "listened" to what I wanted, but I emailed the Hyundai NPR Internet Sales Manager and Mark Ragauckas replied promptly. When we spoke on the phone I told him what I wanted and that I didn't want to waste my (or his) time. After researching, I knew the Elantra GLS was the car for me. Drove 50 miles to NPR and I'm glad I did. Hyundai of NPR was slammed and everyone was buying cars; I've never seen a dealership so busy, so I expected a long, drawn out hassle. Nope. Mark had already found and put aside the perfect car for me. I didn't even walk the (OMG it was so hot outside) lot. My Elantra Limited was much nicer than I thought I could afford and I was wrong. Credit and Financing was no hassle, and Mark didn't dump me to go sell another car. He showed me everything, and got me out of there in a timely mnanner (for a crazy busy Sunday). I'd highly recommend Hyundai of New Port Richey, and I'd visited two other Hyundai dealers in the area. It was worth the drive, pricing was terrific, and working with Mr. Ragauckas was not a "I hate dealing with car salesmen" experience. My family and I are now loyal Hyundai of New Port Richey customers. More

She was totally understanding and was able to get me into a vehicle that exceeded my expectations and still cut my car payment nearly in half. I am a disabled veteran and needed a SUV (I got the Santa Fe) that could handle a class III hitch for my motorized wheelchair carrier. Graham told me about a Hyundai program that will reimburse me for the upgrades I have to have done on the outside. That is a lot more money in my pocket and I like to save money, its a necessity these days. I went to Hyundai of New Port Richey because my dad got a car form them about a year ago. My dad would never let me do business with anyone who would take advantage of me and he was so right about Hyundai of New Port Richey and all of there great staff especially Graham this man knows what he is doing when It comes making a complicated deal seem easy. As a disabled veteran I have had people try and take advantage of me but I never had any inkling that this was happening with Graham and all of the staff at Hyundai of New Port Richey. As a disabled veteran I highly recommend Hyundai of New Port Richey and Graham Pearce they will not try and take advantage of you and they will make it happen.
