By the time I met Jeena Verdalotti at Hyundai of New Port Richey, we had corresponded through e-mail and telephone. Out of four dealerships that we visited, she was the first to immediately schedule a test drive on the model I thought I wanted, and make suggestions on another model that might better suit my needs (it did!!). The next task for Jeena -- find me the Hyundai Accent SE (that she recommended) in Clearwater Blue (the color I decided on). It was at the dealership within a couple of days and I took delivery on September 15. I'm very happy with the car and with the dealership. Thanks also to Jeena's team-mate Ty Lopez who also took the time to meet me. These are no-nonsense salespeople at a no-nonsense dealership -- and I LIKE that!! More

She followed up with phone calls and did indeed produce the car as promised. I purchased the car yesterday and was very pleased with my experience. As the owner of a number of Honda's (the last one was 10 years old with almost 200,000 miles), it was not easy to convince me to switch. Graham Pearce was courteous, knowledgeable and efficient. We walked into a show room that night just filled with people, but he never let us feel as if we were just a number. He took time to answer our questions and explain everything about the car. He even offered to pair my cell phone so I could use the blue tooth. He was an excellent salesperson and never pushy. I felt very comfortable that I was getting a decent price for a car that fit my needs best. I will have no qualms about returning to have the required maintenance done (a distance from my home of about 65 miles)as I feel I will be in capable hands. More

An amazing experience. Did my research and homework in advance, got an immediate bottom line price over the internet, and picked up the car. I was at the dealership for less than one hour. Jeena programmed my phone numbers into the bluetooth device so I was ready for hands free phone operation before I left the dealership.
