The purchase of my car was hassle free. The sales person was friendly and helped me to get to know how my car works. The color of the car is perfect and each time I take the car in for service, their custo was friendly and helped me to get to know how my car works. There are always refreshments while you wait. The warrantee (spelling) on this car is amazing. They got me a better interest rate and lowered my payments. My wife, Donna, had been very satisfied with the 3 previous Hyundai products we purchased and particularly liked the Santa Fe. So, we purchased a 2012 Santa Fe; however, after driving it for 2 weeks previous Hyundai products we purchased and particularly liked the Santa Fe. So, we purchased a 2012 Santa Fe; however, after driving it for 2 weeks it developed a transmission problem. As directed, we proceeded with the vehicle to the service department which informed us a new transmission was needed. We returned to the sales department and requested a new Santa Fe as a replacement for the vehicle with the defective transmission. Our discussions with Tony Delgado, Alan Wooldridge, and Dave Frazier resulted in Donna getting a new Santa Fe. She is very happy with the new Santa Fe. We are overwhelmed with the kindness we received during this situation. We will buy our future Hyundai vehicles only from Hyundai of New Port Richey. More
