This was the best experience ever in buying a new car. Most of the work was done over the phone and when we arrived at the dealer, David had most of the foot work done and the car waiting. I made my first call to Hyundai the day I wanted to test drive. I have had horrible experiences in the past and felt shoved in to a car and regretted it. Not on this purchase! David was with us from the mom drive. I have had horrible experiences in the past and felt shoved in to a car and regretted it. Not on this purchase! David was with us from the moment I called and told him I would be in. He made himself very accessible from the beginning. We walked in at 4pm and I left with a brand new 2013 Elantra with more than I could have imagined. My husband liked him so much he traded in his car as well for a 2013 Genesis Coupe...THE VERY NEXT MORNING! So in 24hrs we both ended up in brand new cars we can not stop talking about or admiring. He even let me test drive my car to my new house to see how it fit in the driveway compared to how I knew both our old cars fit. They take care of you from making sure you are comfortable and making sure you are getting the best deal and choosing the car you like with no sales pressure. We were so pleased with David and his finance guy that we already started talking to friends and family and I am taking my friend in on Monday to hopefully have her walk away with a brand new car as well! They treat you with respect, listen, and focus on what YOU want. They are MORE THAN FAIR on trade in prices and will show you all your options from the very start. We had a very odd question while out and about and I was able to have access to David in under five minutes to get help...you know how tricky new cars can be with all this technology!
