On May 25 2012 I brought my 2011 Sonata limited in for a 15000 mile checkup. When I left it cost me $311.19 I just couldn't believe a 15000 mile check up would be so costly. Included in the price was a cabi 15000 mile checkup. When I left it cost me $311.19 I just couldn't believe a 15000 mile check up would be so costly. Included in the price was a cabin filter $59.95 and here is the extra charge that really made me upset, $89.99 for a throttle cleaning. When I purchased the car I paid an additional charge for extended warranty. It's hard for me to accept that this throttle cleaning is not covered on under the warrenty. I cannot believe an $ 89.99 charge for 15000 miles. Does this mean I will always pay that amount whenever I approached an additional 15000 miles. Never never have I ever encountered such an unfair charge. I have had several new cars in the past the last being a 2006 Toyota ( which I traded in for the Sonata) and never paid such excessive charges. Needless to say ,you can see I am quite upset about this and causes me great concern. Sincerely Doug Hebbard More

The only thing is we didn't do a complete walk around of the car to inspect the paint. I have a small nick in the drivers door and I don't know if it was there before we got the car. We talked via phone several times before I returned to dealership. Tested '11 Sonata & the '12. Mark listened to all my concerns, desires and financial constraints. He did not try to over-sell nor put me in a lease. Mark listened and met all my needs. It was DEFINITELY not a new car sales experience. Also, had the pleasure of meeting Dave Frazier, owner & Holly Christmas, Finance Manager. This was my 3rd new Hyundai purchased @ New Port Richey. Also, have had 4 referrals purchase here. Scheduled to return for the '13 Santa Fe or Tucson. Holly was extremely thorough in explaining all of the maintenance and contract options. Wish I was not so estatic about my purchase so that I paid more attention. I had to return for the tire protection package which was easily purchased. The service department (Armour package & sunroof wind deflector install) has been friendly and efficient. Life is great and my '12 Sonata SE is BETTER! More
I have bought 4 vehicles in my life, and my experience with Hyundai of New Port Richey was by far my most enjoyable buying experience! My wife and I worked with salesman Mike Patten, and we cannot say eno with Hyundai of New Port Richey was by far my most enjoyable buying experience! My wife and I worked with salesman Mike Patten, and we cannot say enough nice things about him! He was courteous, knoledgable and not pushy in the least. He worked with us, even when our situation was not the best, and got us into a brand new 2013 Elantra. I can't say enough great things about Mike! I would most certainly purchase my next vehicle with him. Owner Scott Fink was also amazing, he helped facilitate a great deal on our new vehicle, and he could not have been more pleasent to work with. My first 3 vehicles were Chevrolets, and because of the way I was treated by Scott and Mike, I will be buying Hyundais from now on! More

I have owned 3 Hyundai's, and don't think I will be changing brands. I really Like the cars, and the service has been great. The staff is always polite, and helpful.When I had a slight problem with my changing brands. I really Like the cars, and the service has been great.
