My most recent visit was for service. Several things immediately come to mind when considering having service done to my vehicles. One, there is no requirement for appointments. Two, when one arrives immediately come to mind when considering having service done to my vehicles. One, there is no requirement for appointments. Two, when one arrives at the service drive there is zero wait time for a consultant to address your issues. The write-up process is seamless and all concerns are documented without delay. After write-up, the work seems to commence immetiately and is performed flawlessly. I have had numerous visits to the service department since I own two Hyundai's and have never had a problem that wasn't addressed with precision. Having been a Service Director for Ford and Chrysler dealerships prior to my retirement I know a considerable amount about the operation of dealership Service Departments. I would be remiss not to compliment the personnel in your facility. Each employee should feel a sense of pride in being part of your organization. We purchased 2 vehicles from Jake and the New Port Richey Hyundai dealership back in 2008. Our experience back then was wonderful and stress free. We felt it was time to upgrade to newer models and so we con Hyundai dealership back in 2008. Our experience back then was wonderful and stress free. We felt it was time to upgrade to newer models and so we contacted Jake and once again had a great experience. This time we went in and told Jake we wanted to trade in the 2008s and for new cars using only the trade-ins and without increasing our payments. Once again he delivered. I would recommend Jake and the dealership to anyone in the market for a great deal on a Hyundai (or 2). More
It has been the best and easiest purchase I have ever made. Bill was friendly and very helpful in my purchase from start to finish. Purchasing or leasing the automobile was OK. I origninally wanted a 2012 and the sales rep said they didn't have anymore. That could be true, however, it seems to me that you could have got a 2012 origninally wanted a 2012 and the sales rep said they didn't have anymore. That could be true, however, it seems to me that you could have got a 2012 from somewhere else. I know that Hyundai of NPR is one of the largest volume or the largest volume dealer in the Southeast or maybe the country, however, I still wanted a 2012. The 2013 is great. I went to the service departmanet with a trunk problem and the resolved the issue in a very timely manner. This dealership is really one of a kind, I have not had the pleasure working with a dealership as that of Hyundai of NPR, they have won me over. I am glad I got my Elantra there. Thank you. More

MY experience was WONDERFUL. It was short, sweet and to the point, no haggling over deals or going back and forth with numbers.
