I have always been able to get a service appointment that is convenient for me. I never wait after pulling up outside the service area, in fact, someone usually comes up to greet me. The service writer goes over what needs to be done and any charges involved and how long it should take to complete the service needed and where the waiting area is located and that they would come and get me when the service is done. The waiting area is great, there is always a current newspaper available, along with coffee or pop corn for a snack, sometimes cookies too! The TV is always on and there is a room to even amuse the kids. I would say someone really thought out the process of what the customer needs might be when visiting the dealership. Oh, I forgot to mention, the place is always clean and well maintained. More

It was a hectic day....Memorial Day!!! The place was more than buzzing, but everyone was cool, including all the employees. Debra treated my wife and I with lots of care and respect. Debra allowed me to drive,what was to be my new Sonata GLS, home to pick up my wife and bring her back to the dealership.We decided to lease my new Sonata and so far, happy we did.By the way, it was a hot day and Debra offered us nice ice cold bottles of water!!!! Came in for initial routine maintenance on two 2012 Elantra's. Appts at 6:00 and 6:15. We were out of there in a very minimal amount of time and appreciated that fact very much.
