They had just the vehicle I was looking for so I sent an email to Jeena requesting a price quote. After a few emails an a couple of phone calls we arrived at an acceptable price with my trade. I had to make a long drive to get there but everything was ready upon arrival. I transferred my personal items, signed the paperwork, and was on the road again in an hour and a half. This survey is actually 2 part. I brought my car in for service and everything was handled more than great by Roy. While waiting I checked out purchasing a new vehicle. My Sale Consultant, Bill Parente, wa service and everything was handled more than great by Roy. While waiting I checked out purchasing a new vehicle. My Sale Consultant, Bill Parente, was way above the 5 for great. He spent all the time needed to be sure he got me into a vehicle that I not only love but was even able to lower my payment. Bill was very thorough going over all I needed to know about my new vehicle and even paired my phone to the cars blue tooth. He also offered to help me transfer everything I needed from the old car to the new one. There could not possibly be anything else that could have been done to make this purchase a wonderful experience. More

I was referred to this dealership by my friend Steve who had just recently bought an Accent. He told me to see Dan Forsey and he was there when I arrived on the morning of July 16, 2012. He was with someo had just recently bought an Accent. He told me to see Dan Forsey and he was there when I arrived on the morning of July 16, 2012. He was with someone when I came in but finished up quick and I was on a test drive within minutes. Dan explained everything about the car to me and also worked with the manager on getting my monthly payment to one that I could afford. The financing paperwork made my head spin, LOL, but I was out of there in 4 1/2 hours and I love my new car. Dan has followed up with me a few times since I was there. I am very happy with my purchase from your dealership and already have a referral for Dan in October from my work buddy whose parents are looking to buy a new car then. Thank you! More
I find that the Hyundai New Port Richey dealership is excellent. They provide great service whether I am purchasing or leasing a new car or having service to my car.
