I had a 2 year lease on an Elantra and my term was up. I wanted a longer lease on a smaller car due to escalating gas prices. The Elantra was the first car I had leased (but NOT my first Hyundai) and I was VERY concerned, having heard some nightmare stories about leasing over the years. I was dealing with Jeena Verdelotti (lucky draw for me) and I just can't say enough good things about her. She spent hours with me, answering every stupid question and doubt I had about leasing, all with a smile on her face, great attitude and a total knowledge of the "product". Well, I ended up leasing the Elantra and loved it. I called Jeena last Saturday, (she knew my lease was up) and told her what I was interested in. At 3 o'clock that afternoon, I was at the Dealership. She devoted every minute of her time to me, (despite a showroom of full of people) had everything ready and I pulled out of the Dealership at 5:30 with my new, longer term leased 2013 Accent. Talk about in and out! Such a pleasant experience!! All I did was sit and have a cup of coffee and it was a done deal!! No fuss, no muss, just an incredibly pleasant experience, with an incredibly professional and capable salesperson. Oh yeah, I did have to sign some papers LOL I didn't want to leave so soon, I would have liked to stay and visit with Jeena some more!! I left feeling good about the other clients that would get to experience her "no nonsense" kind of doing business. She has my business forever. More
This was our first experience in dealing with Hyundai of New Port Richey. The positive: Well worth the 150 mile round trip. Our choice came down to two different Hyundai dealership groups and the New Port Richey group was proactive without being pushy. Because of the extremely competitive pricing and effective customer service we chose the dealership 75 miles away from home as opposed to the "home town" dealership 20 miles away. The negative: The only negative was unfortunately just the nature of auto purchases - the "game". The worst part of our two week car search was the back and forth nature of negotiation. Every - and I'm not exaggerating when I write "every" - sales person mentioned "this is the bottom line" yet came back with a new bottom line when I walked away. Not a knock on New Port Richey Hyundai or Graham. Like they say - "Don't hate the player...Hate the game". More

We have purchased 6-7 cars at this dealership. Love the cars, this time went with the Sonata. Jeena is always our sales person. She knows exactly what I want and calls me when it comes in, has everything cars, this time went with the Sonata. Jeena is always our sales person. I really don't have too much to say about the dealership, I've only been there a few times, each time I've been there I was treated very well, the service dept. is very responsive, I was greeted very nicely I've only been there a few times, each time I've been there I was treated very well, the service dept. is very responsive, I was greeted very nicely & promptly, so far I have no regrets purchasing a Hyundai or any complaints with the services provided. I did get a flat 3 days after taking delivery of the vehicle, I used the "Fix-a-flat" canister that came with the car (did not work due to location of puncture)I brought the vehicle to the dealership, & they replaced the tire under my road hazard protection plan. The wheel did scratched when they replaced the tire though. I am still VERY SATISFIED with the ENTIRE Dealership, everyone that I've dealt with there (from sales to financing to service) has been a fantastic experience. there was zero haggling. Jeena gave me the best possible price on the exact car I wanted and the entire process was set up over the internet. A few simple emails was all it took. Jeena went out of her way to educate myself and my fiance on all the bells and whistles of the vehicle. The whole process went smoothly with no hitch or glitch. And that was through a popular car buying service. Hyundai is a popular car make in the area and I am not sure I could have beat the price anywhere else.
