I came to Hyundai of New Port Richey through word of mouth, and I could not have been more happy with my experience. Everywhere else I went seemed to want only my money, whereas John and the Hyundai tea mouth, and I could not have been more happy with my experience. As a first-time buyer it feels great knowing that I don't even need to call the main line if I have a question, I can call John directly and speak to a person genuinely interested in helping me make the most of my purchase. In the end I left with a beautiful car, a great price, and a support system. I will definitely be going to Hyundai of New Port Richey for all of my future Hyundais! More

My new 2013 Sonata GLS, Is very easy to drive, I can see well in traffic and the hands free blue tooth is great! Not trying to find my phone, is a good thing' when I'm "driving" ! I was shopping for an affordable sporty car. Shopped several brands, but decided on the Genesis Coupe. When the car I wanted arrived on the lot, Jake let me know, I went for a test drive, and the sale was made. Jake made the process simple: the price was right; the trade-in offer very fair; the cash rebates--completely applied. In less than 2 hours, I drove away in my snazzy Genesis Coupe...a very satisfied customer. I own two vehicles...BOTH are Hyundai. I highly recommend Hyundai of New Port Richey, and it's where I'll go for any future vehicles. More

Once again, Jeena was phenomenal to work with. I wanted to lower my payment on my current 2012 Elantra and she actually got me in to a 2013 Sonata with a lower payment and paid off the Elantra. It was such a smooth experience and have recommended Jeena to anyone I know that is looking for a new vehicle. After working with her via email, once the deal was in place, I was in and out of the dealership in about an hour or so. Another fabulous experience! More
NPR Hyundai and Jake were recommended to me by my Pastor in Sarasota who was effusive in his praise of the dealership. I shopped around and got prices on the mdoel I wanted and then called Jake. The figure he gave me was better than I expected so we drove up to purchase. My father paid most of the cost as a gift and had a cashiers check, so we paid the balance with a personal check. Very easy delivery with first class treatment by Jake. I have been enjoying the vehicle for a couple months and figured this was the end of the story. Until I received an envelope in the mail from Hyundai NPR. I opened it to find a $1,000.00 check. I figured it was a sales piece and so looked for the fine print. The fine print stated, "Refund of overcharge". I called Jake and asked him to check into this. He called me back the next morning to tell me to cash the check. I cannot express how pleasantly shocked I am as I find this to exhibit a level of honesty that is unusual in any industry, let alone the retail car business. More
