Mary was very friendly and took care of getting my car serviced quickly. I'm glad she is now working there because I knew her from her work ethics when she was at Clearwater Lexus and use to get my Lexus serviced quickly. From What I have seen at this dealership all of the service department trys to go out of the way to answer any question you may have on any functions on the car that you are unable to find in the owners manual. I have to say that this was by far the best experience I have ever had while purchasing a car. Jenna was very professional and has excellent customer service skills. I told Jenna what I wanted, my price point, and my time frame for making a purchase. She completely understood and respected my time, did not make any promises but would see what she could do. I received a phone call and follow up e-mail and I proceeded from there. When I arrived at Hyundai of New Port Richey, all paperwork was ready for me to sign. I could have purchased a car much closer to where I live but having a Sales associate like Jenna makes it worth the drive. The experience was truly a pleasure. Thank you Jenna for everything! This is the 3rd Hyundai I have purchased at Hyundai and the 2nd one I have purchased with Jake Stahler. Jake has gone above and beyond both times to make my buying experience the best it could be. When I came in in 2009 I had just lost my husband 4 months before and never purchased a car on my own. The whole experience in the past was a nightmare so my husband use to do the negotiations. I explained my situation to Jake and he went out of his way to do all that he could to make this a pleasant one. He explained everything to me, called me several times to make sure everything was OK and made it a point any time I came in for service if he saw me to greet me warmly. That is why when I decided to trade in my 2009 for a 2013 I went in to see him. We couldn't come to a satisfactory payment for me a few months ago since I still owed quite a bit on my 2009. He then called me in November and said that the dealership was running a gigantic special and he thought he could get me in a 2013 car with a payment I could afford. He did all the paperwork and negotiations on my behalf and called me with the payment information. It was something I could work with so I then went down and test drove the car and we sat down to do all the paperwork. He then explained all the bells and whistles that came with the car and asked me to drive it for a few days and then come back in and he would go over any questions I had and walk me through a few more things, not wanting to overwhelm me with all the funnctions at one time. I felt like I was treated like a Queen and will recommend him and the dealership to all my friends and acquaintences. Everyone at the dealership is friendly, outgoing and very considerate to their customers which is evident while you sit and wait either to pick up your car after service or while you are waiting to complete your purchase. Jake should be given a special award for his kindness and sincere consideration to his customers! More

I was very appreciative that I could call, got an appointment for 1/2 hour later, drove in, parked, saw Raymond, he said "one hour", I said "No Way" he said "let see what I can do" and came back wit appointment for 1/2 hour later, drove in, parked, saw Raymond, he said "one hour", I said "No Way" he said "let see what I can do" and came back with "1/2 hour tops" I walked to his desk 25 minutes later and he was ready to hand me the keys. I call that GREAT SERVICE. I thank Raymond and the 2 fellows he worked with that made this happen. My time, as an on-call employee, is way too precious to me to sit in a cold waiting area to listen to 10-15 different telephone conversations. Thank you More
