BUYER BEWARE. MAKE THEM READ EVERYTHING TO YOU BEFORE SIGNING ON THE TABLET. Purchase date, 8/16/2025, as trusting senior citizens, we feel we were preyed upon by MAKE THEM READ EVERYTHING TO YOU BEFORE SIGNING ON THE TABLET. Purchase date, 8/16/2025, as trusting senior citizens, we feel we were preyed upon by deceptive and preditory finance tactics. Our retail buyers order specified the amount to be financed along with a payment. All contracting is done electronically. We specifically stated all we wanted was the vehicle. No ups, no add on service contracts or products. Never were we shown a Truth In Lending Statement. Never were we told, "this is the amount you are signing for." They just slide a tablet at you and its...sign here, sign here, etc. What we discovered 6 days later was they had added $12,741 worth of add on products to our contract! And the monthly payment was the same with the inflated amount as it was on the buyer's order, at the original lower amount to finance. They had planned to gaff us from the beginning. When I called to complain, all the finance person kept parrioting was...you agreed to a payment! Now it's my responsibility to cancel all of the extra contracts to get my payoff balance back to what was agreed upon originally. Totaly unethical and deceptive practices. THIS IS YOUR FAIR WARNING.
