Came in to have warrantee work done on SUV. Was charged. Had Santa FE Sport check at local shop. Warning lights had come on. They ran test on SUV. The results were a problem with the brakes which is cover Had Santa FE Sport check at local shop. Warning lights had come on. They ran test on SUV. The results were a problem with the brakes which is covered under the vehicle Warranty, Called you to make an appointment and brought the print out of the test results that were done at the local shop. When you did the repairs to the vehicle we were told it was not covered even though we had bought the Platinum Extended warranty when we purchased the SUV and charged us for the repairs. When we got home we called our son and told him. He was able to go to bat for us to get it covered under the warranty as our original report had indicated. We are seniors and believe you were taking advantage of us. Months earlier we discovered the door seals on both front car door are damaged we went to a local car parts store to see what we could do to keep it from getting worse. He checked the SUV said he had the same year and model had the same mileage and it was covered under the warranty. We came to you and we were told it was not covered under our warranty. We did not have the work done. More
