Outstanding and Quick Service. Called Monday 25th at 7:00am, and got an apt. for 8:30 the same morning. Had a window that would not go up. I was expecting to receive $20 OFF for Lifetime Alignment I had my car serviced yesterday at the New Port Richey Hyundai Certified Pre Owned Center. The 15 k mile service went well. There was one unexpected I had my car serviced yesterday at the New Port Richey Hyundai Certified Pre Owned Center. The 15 k mile service went well. There was one unexpected thing though. The technician confirmed that my car needed a wheel alignment and I agreed to pay $149.99 for lifetime alignment. When I came home and opened their website I saw a service offer $20.00 OFF for lifetime alignment. Of course I did not know about this offer at the time of service, and the service advisor Roy did not offer $20 OFF to me. I think this is unfair. Otherwise, I have no complaints. More

Car buying experience was great but. I purchased a certified used vehicle in Aug and by Oct I had to take the car in and pay the $50 deductible for a covered services (extended warranty w I purchased a certified used vehicle in Aug and by Oct I had to take the car in and pay the $50 deductible for a covered services (extended warranty was purchased) because all the coolant leaked out causing the car to overheat. Its Nov and I have to take the car back to be checked because when running coolant can be smelled so there may be another leak. More
