I really like the way Jack C. didn’t put any pressure on the sale. He was upfront with the fact that there was certain fees that are added to the listing price, and what they are, so before you get serious, the sale. I have been a Hyundai owner since 1999 and have always loved my cars. I have not always loved my experience with the dealerships; particularly when I lived in Minneapolis. New Port Richey Used Certified C loved my cars. I have not always loved my experience with the dealerships; particularly when I lived in Minneapolis. New Port Richey Used Certified Cars; and in particular, Jack Calcut, has been a pleasure from the beginning. I went in there armed with printouts of the two cars I found on Car Gurus. Jack greeted me immediately and when I showed him the cars I wanted to look at, he took me right to the first one. Because it smelled like an ashtray I asked to see the second one. It took some doing locating the keys but Jack found them and off we went. After just a block I knew I wanted the car. We went back to the dealership only to be met by another sales rep who told us he'd just sold that car. This explains why the keys were so hard to find. I had heard about the new Kona's and asked Jack to show me one of those. There happened to be a used, 2020 red Kona, completely loaded! Only 7 months old and still had that new car smell. It hadn't even been certified yet as it just came in that morning. A quick test drive later and we were doing the paperwork. Because it was used I got a fantastic deal and was able to pick it up 4 hours later. I absolutely love this car, and Jack knew I was on a time limit. He did his best to get everything processed quickly. His follow up has been exceptional as well. I have received 2 emails, a thank you card and quick responses to my calls about getting a second key. Jack is the consummate professional. I waited 3 weeks to write my review because I have found that the follow up service disappears after the sale but not in this case. Jack is honest, respectful, dedicated, and made sure I got exactly what I was looking for! Ask for Jack, he's the best:) More
