He was very pushy on the warranties after we explained to him multiple times we didn't want it. His attitude changed completely towards us. He became upset and was very rude when we refused anything extra. My wife showed up when we were almost done and she made a joke trying to make him laugh and he was very rude to her as well. I came straight to New Port Richey after having a not so great experience at a previous dealership elsewhere, Not only were we greeted nicely, it wasn’t overpowering or pestering like how other dealerships are! First thing, Joe was ready for us as soon as we pulled into the lot. We had called and asked if a vehicle was available there and he came out with key-in-hand and ready for us to test drive! Not only was I in a hurry, I was also so, so stressed out from the day and Joe was just on the ball ready with everything we could have possibly needed, making us laugh, being personable and relatable, and overall just making our experience so easy going and fun. I have never had such a great experience before when it comes to buying a car. We were laughing, cracking jokes, having a great time while also receiving 100% honesty from Joe about every serious question we had. Joe was sure to walk us through STEP by STEP to make sure we understood every little thing about purchasing our car without confusion or mishaps. I have never felt so relieved and comfortable with a car salesperson. We are grateful for Joe!
