Mary did a great job! My "service maintenance" was not reset for the second time. I don't understand why this keeps happening? Also the tire pressure light had come on, that needed addressed because I discovered a screw nail in the left rear tire 2 1/2 weeks ago, but the light did't come on until the night before my appointment. Management not very friendly. I received a card in the mail saying if I come in and test drive one of the SUV's I would get a $50.00 gift card. When I checked into the service I w I received a card in the mail saying if I come in and test drive one of the SUV's I would get a $50.00 gift card. When I checked into the service I was told by the advisor I would need a manager's signature in the card so I could get a $12.99 oil change. So off I go to find a manager and was told by the finance manager that the person who walked into the dealership was a sales manager. He seemed very upset that I asked for the signature. I followed him into the sales office and he grumped keep out of this room. I wasn't offer to drive a SUV so I could evaluate the SUV. He went off to find a gift card for me he gave me a gift card that had $5.00 Target gift card. I usually deal with Jeena but it was her day off. I did want to drive the SantaFE because I'm thinking about buying a SUV from someone. The shrive person who I contacted when I arrived was great and very friendly. More
