DO NOT HAVE YOUR CAR SERVICED HERE. I left my car here for a day because there was a recall on a part. Since it was there, I asked them to do an oil change as well. I called the following day and was told by Michael that I had alot of problems with my car but it should be ready by 11am. He asked if I wanted new windshield wipers as well. I consented since it was only $20. I arrive at 4:30PM and I see that my car is sitting in the lot. I ask for my receipt and a detailed list of the issues (since I was considering selling it anyway). Michael sends me off to the cashier who has no information on my vehicle. She also has no understanding of cars in order to tell me the issues. So Michael asks me to sit for awhile. After an hour, I go back to his desk, trying to understand why I'm still at the dealership...He reluctantly tells me that they lost my keys and won't be able to provide me with a new key until tomorrow. I am livid. I explained that I work two jobs and cannot go without a vehicle for another day. Thirty minutes later he provides me with a new key and remote (that isn't programmed, by the way). As the store is closing, I finally get a receipt that says I have received a complimentary oil change. There is no record of my consent to change the windshield wipers and the recall was NEVER DONE. So in essence, I was without a car for a full day simply because of an oil change. It's been three weeks since this visit and even after calling Craig Anderson (the service manager) about five times, I still haven't received a phone call or any resolution to my issue. More

Every so often he sends a courtesy email to check on my satisfaction with my purchase. I really love my SUV, best purchase I ever made! I had trouble today with my window not rolling up, I was just getting off of work at 5:45 pm in CBD, it was raining off and on so was freaking out about my window being open all night, so I called Brandon and he told me right away to come in and took care of the problem in less than 30 minutes! I would recommend everyone I know shopping for a car to see Brandon Jones, he is professional and helpful...Great Job! More
